Your Excellency,
On behalf of my family and the good people of Enugu West Senatorial Zone, I heartily felicitate you on the auspicious occasion of your 54th birthday celebration.
As you celebrate today, I pray God to grant you good health, long life and many years of fruitful service to our dear state and the country at large.
Congratulations.
The Senator representing Enugu West Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee on Air Force, Distinguished Senator Osita Ngwu, on behalf of his family and the resilient people of Enugu West, extends warm felicitations to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
Senator Ngwu describes Governor Mbah as “a generational reformer” whose bold, disruptive, and visionary leadership has, within a remarkably short period, redefined governance and repositioned Enugu State as an emerging epicenter of economic transformation and institutional excellence in Nigeria.
He noted that the governor’s governance philosophy—anchored on innovation, fiscal discipline, infrastructural revolution, and human capital development—has not only restored public confidence but has also strategically placed Enugu on a competitive trajectory among Nigeria’s leading sub-national economies.
In a strong supportive undertone, Senator Ngwu reaffirmed that Enugu West remains firmly aligned and irrevocably committed to the Mbah’s administration, describing the relationship as a “strategic development alliance rooted in shared vision, political trust, and measurable progress.”
